Business terms and data-processing appendix

Business subscriptions, responsibilities and processing of workspace personal data.

Last updated: 2026-11-02.1

The operator and this agreement

Mutjir is operated by the Jordanian sole proprietorship registered under the trade name «عالم الابتكار للبرمجة», owned by «ركاد عصام علي الدويري», individual commercial register number 618172 and trade-name registration number 305384, both dated 13 July 2026. Its registered business address is Jordan, Amman, Al-Jubaiha, Umm Zuwaytina neighbourhood, near Higher Education (الأردن، عمان، الجبيهة، حي أم زويتينة، قرب التعليم العالي). The Arabic registered names identify the contracting operator; Mutjir is the service brand.

These terms govern business subscriptions and use of Mutjir’s API, website and mobile companion service. Contact contact@mutjir.com for support, contractual notices and privacy matters. The person accepting for a business must have authority to bind it. Ordinary staff use does not make staff personally responsible for the business’s subscription fees. Installing the mobile app alone does not buy a subscription.

Your order and service scope

Before an order is agreed, we provide the plan, enabled features, user or usage limits, subscription period, currency, total fees and applicable taxes in a quotation, order or invoice. Charges for optional services or usage must be agreed before they are incurred. An invoice records the agreed order; it does not authorize an undisclosed charge. The service is for business use, not personal consumer subscriptions.

A separately signed agreement takes precedence where it expressly changes these terms; the data-processing appendix controls personal-data processing if provisions conflict. Mandatory law always prevails. Features depend on the agreed plan and permissions. Changes that materially reduce a paid plan’s core service require agreement or an appropriate termination and unused-fee remedy.

Payment and renewal

Subscriptions are prepaid for the monthly or yearly period stated in the agreed order. Renewal is manual: a further period starts only when agreed and paid or expressly confirmed by us in writing. These terms do not authorize automatic card charging or automatic paid renewal. Any future recurring-payment arrangement requires a separate clear agreement.

Fees and any tax treatment are shown before you accept the order. A change to recurring plan prices applies only to a future renewal, with at least 30 calendar days’ advance notice; the price of an already paid period is protected. If timely notice cannot be given, the new price will not be imposed for that renewal without your agreement. Trial duration and limits are disclosed when offered; a trial does not silently become a charged subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

The authorized business administrator may cancel renewal by emailing contact@mutjir.com before the current period ends. We confirm the cancellation and paid-through date in writing. There are no fees for a future subscription period after effective cancellation. Unless agreed otherwise or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and customer cancellation alone does not refund the part already purchased.

If Mutjir ends a prepaid service without customer breach, or cannot provide its material agreed service and cannot reasonably remedy that failure, the business may end the affected service and receive a proportional refund of the unused prepaid period. We calculate it using the unused days in that paid period and return it through the original payment route where practicable, normally within 14 calendar days after confirming entitlement and payment details. Duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected. These provisions do not limit mandatory refund or other statutory rights.

Accounts and permitted use

Provide accurate details, keep credentials private, use available security controls, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Administrators must grant appropriate roles and remove access when no longer needed. You may use the software during your subscription for your business within the agreed limits; no ownership of the software or branding transfers to you.

Do not access information without authority, bypass security or limits, disrupt the service, distribute malware, infringe others’ rights or use the service unlawfully. Rights expressly permitted by mandatory law remain available. Each party retains its existing intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your business records.

Records, confidentiality and professional responsibility

Your business keeps its rights in submitted information and grants us the limited right to process it to provide the service and follow lawful documented instructions. Each party protects the other’s non-public business information, limits access to people who need it for the service and are bound by confidentiality, and discloses it only as authorized or legally required. Lawful public information and independently developed information are excluded from this confidentiality duty.

Your business is responsible for the legality and accuracy of records it submits and the authority to process other people’s data. Review important actions, imports, AI output and reports before confirming them. Mutjir does not replace accounting, tax, employment or legal advice; this does not remove our obligations to deliver the agreed service with reasonable care and skill.

Availability, support and continuity

We provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill and receive support requests at contact@mutjir.com. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a fixed response time, a particular uptime percentage, or a recovery or backup period unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, networks, devices and providers can affect availability. We communicate material planned interruptions where reasonably practicable.

The website and mobile companion depend on connectivity for server operations and are not a guarantee of offline operation. Keep appropriate exports and business-continuity arrangements. We remain responsible for our own applicable security and data-protection obligations; asking you to keep exports does not transfer those duties. Any separate Desktop product’s supported offline functions are governed by its applicable service documentation, not altered by these terms.

Restriction and termination

We may restrict only the access reasonably necessary for a security incident, unlawful use, material breach or overdue agreed payment. Where safe and lawful, we notify the administrator of the reason and a reasonable way to resolve it before restriction; urgent security or legal action may be immediate. We review disputed restrictions through contact@mutjir.com. Access can expire when a paid period ends without renewal.

Either party may terminate for a material breach not remedied within 14 calendar days after written notice, unless urgent unlawful or dangerous conduct requires earlier action. We may discontinue a service without customer breach on at least 30 calendar days’ notice, with the unused prepaid-fee remedy above. Non-excludable termination rights remain unaffected.

Exports, closure and deletion

For 30 calendar days after subscription termination, an authorized business representative may request an assisted export of its retrievable workspace records by emailing contact@mutjir.com. We confirm scope, identity and a secure delivery method, and supply an available commonly readable format without a separate fee for a standard export. This is an assisted process and does not promise continued login or unrestricted online access after the subscription ends. Special conversions or additional professional work require a separately agreed fee.

Workspace closure, personal-account deletion and subscription cancellation are distinct requests. We check authority, protect other people’s records, and explain legally required retention or a lawful hold. A personal-data right with a shorter mandatory deadline is handled within that deadline. Request an export before closure if you need one; the export window does not override a valid earlier erasure instruction or applicable law. Uninstalling or signing out does not cancel or delete server records.

Responsibility and remedies

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profits that do not constitute direct recoverable loss. For a paid subscription, each party’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid or payable for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not limit a business’s obligation to pay agreed service fees or an agreed unused-fee refund.

The exclusions and cap do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of confidentiality or personal-data protection obligations, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No term removes mandatory rights, remedies or duties. This agreement does not guarantee immunity from claims or guarantee that your own use complies with every country’s laws.

Changes, notices and applicable law

We give at least 30 calendar days’ notice of material contractual changes before they apply, except an earlier change required by law or urgently needed for security, whose reason we explain. A material new business agreement is presented to an authorized administrator for acceptance; it does not rewrite an earlier acceptance record or authorize optional processing. If you do not agree to a material change during a paid period, contact us before its effective date to end the affected service with the proportional unused-fee remedy.

Notices are sent to the administrator’s account email and/or shown in the service; keep that address current. Send notices to us at contact@mutjir.com. Jordanian law governs and the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, resolve disputes, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and legal rights. The Arabic text controls if the Arabic and English versions conflict, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Data-processing appendix: roles and instructions

This appendix applies when the business determines the purposes of processing employee, customer, supplier and other workspace personal data and Mutjir processes it on the business’s behalf. The business is the controller for those instructions; Mutjir is its processor. Mutjir separately determines processing necessary for its own account administration, billing, service security, contractual evidence and privacy-request handling, as explained in the Privacy Policy. These roles depend on the actual activity, not merely the label used here.

Documented instructions comprise the agreed service, lawful administrator commands and any agreed processing schedule. Processing covers collection, storage, access, organization, calculations, reporting, requested transfers, export and deletion of the data needed for those purposes, for the subscription and any lawful exit or retention period. A business signature is not personal consent from every employee, customer or supplier. The business must establish the required permission or applicable legal exception, provide required notices and avoid unnecessary sensitive data.

Data-processing appendix: scope and security

Data subjects may include business owners, authorized staff, customers, suppliers and people identified in submitted documents. Data can include identity and contact details, account roles, business transactions, invoices, payment and financial records, documents and support communications. Data about a natural person’s financial position may receive special protection under Jordanian law. The agreed processing schedule must identify additional sensitive data and applicable safeguards; do not upload unrelated health, biometric or other sensitive data.

We restrict access to authorized personnel and providers according to their duties, bind them to confidentiality, and apply risk-appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, protected communications, secure credential handling, incident procedures and recovery planning. We review safeguards and provide relevant evidence on reasonable request through a proportionate confidential review that protects other tenants and service security. This does not assert an unverified certification or remove a regulator’s lawful access.

Data-processing appendix: providers and international processing

Before using a subprocessor for the business’s data, we identify its legal entity, function, processing countries, data categories and relevant safeguards in the processing schedule provided to the business and obtain the written or electronic controller approval required by applicable law. We notify proposed changes and provide a reasonable opportunity for a substantiated data-protection objection before the new provider receives the affected data. We seek a workable alternative or terminate the affected service with the unused-fee remedy if an objection cannot be resolved.

Providers must be bound by written processing, confidentiality, security, incident, retention and end-of-service obligations appropriate to their work. We remain responsible for our processor obligations. International processing requires the applicable legal conditions and safeguards, assessed before transfer; signing these terms is not blanket consent to an otherwise unlawful transfer. The current hosting and optional AI disclosures appear in the Privacy Policy. A provider list or contract alone does not establish a country’s legal adequacy.

Data-processing appendix: requests and incidents

We assist the business with lawful access, correction, erasure, restriction, export and other data-subject requests, risk assessments and required notifications. We forward a request relating to the business’s controller duties securely to its authorized contact and respond directly where our own duties or law require it. We do not disclose another tenant’s records. If an instruction appears unlawful, we inform the business and pause only the affected processing while it is resolved, unless law prevents notice.

We notify the business without delay upon discovering a breach of its processed personal data and provide available scope, timing, affected categories, likely effects, containment and contact information, updating as facts become available. We preserve relevant evidence and cooperate; we do not wait for a complete investigation to give an initial notice. The business’s controller notification duties remain applicable. For our own controller duties, the Privacy Policy explains Jordan’s serious-harm notification rules.

Data-processing appendix: retention, return and deletion

At the end of processing, we return or erase personal data according to the business’s lawful choice and the agreed export process, except information required by applicable law or a documented lawful hold. We document the retained category, reason, access restriction, review and deletion trigger rather than retain all workspace information indefinitely. Backups and downstream copies must be addressed in the erasure plan, including foreign copies; any inability to confirm downstream erasure is explained.

A processing schedule is required before production use of this appendix: it records authorized providers and locations, processing scope and duration, retention periods and exceptions, security measures, controller and processor contacts, and international-transfer assessment. A processing schedule does not by itself establish that an international transfer is lawful.
