Explain your request without passwords, identity documents or payment information. We will contact your email to verify identity where needed. Privacy policy

Rights requests: 15 working days beginning the day after receipt, with one equal extension for justified reasons and notice, unless another law provides otherwise. Complaints: a response within 10 days beginning the day after submission. Identity verification does not restart the clock.
